Swinerton Builders, a general contractor and construction management firm, has officially moved into a new office at the Scott Morris Center for Energy Innovation, located in the South Landing development.

Michael Sharapata of JLL represented Swinerton in the lease transaction, while Allie Teplicky represented Emerald Initiative. The lease agreement includes the entire fourth floor of the four-story, 40,000-square-foot building.

The Morris Center, recognized for its advanced technology and enhanced indoor environmental quality, was a key factor in Swinerton’s decision to move into the building. Swinerton partnered with BCRA Design to create an office space centered around innovation, collaboration, and flexibility.

With a longstanding presence in the Inland Northwest, Swinerton has contributed to the region’s built environment by delivering $250 million in commercial projects. The firm specializes in aviation, civic, education, gaming, healthcare, hospitality, and office developments, both in ground-up projects and renovations. Additionally, Swinerton offers expertise in development, public-private partnerships (P3), and design-build solutions for complex projects.
