**Legacy Real Estate Ventures Acquires Fully Occupied Brockton Property, Extends Lease**

Legacy Real Estate Ventures has finalized the purchase of 2 Jonathan Drive in Brockton, MA, in an all-equity transaction valued at $1.9 million. The 14,000-square-foot building is fully occupied by TridentCare, a national diagnostic testing company that utilizes the location to serve its Northeast clients.

In conjunction with the acquisition, Legacy is extending TridentCare’s lease through 2030. The purchase was brokered by Henry Leiber of NAI Hunneman.

“Legacy is expanding our model to include all-equity acquisitions,” said Jen Price, principal at Legacy Real Estate Ventures. “This property represents a fantastic long-term cash flow opportunity, with the TridentCare lease extension and future expansion potential onsite.”
