### Skender Completes Interior Construction for Baker Tilly’s New Indianapolis Office

Skender has successfully completed the interior construction of a 15,370-square-foot office in Indianapolis for advisory, tax, and assurance firm Baker Tilly.

Located at 9229 Delegates Row within the 19-building Keystone Office Park, the newly designed workspace features a combination of private offices, open workstations, collaboration areas, conference rooms, and a lounge with a café.

The project was completed in just 21 weeks. Alongside Skender serving as the general contractor, Baker Tilly’s George Davis acted as the project manager, with Partners by Design as the architect and a d a Design Associates providing design services.

“In a high-end, fast-paced project like this one, it was especially important that coordination between trade partners, design teams, owner vendors, and the landlord was meticulously handled,” said Brian Simons, Senior Vice President and Indianapolis market leader at Skender. “In this case, we coordinated logistics with stakeholders spread across four different states.”
