**Ray-Ban Chooses SoHo for Global Flagship Store**

Lee & Associates NYC has helped EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the optical industry, secure a new global flagship location for Ray-Ban at 62 Prince Street in SoHo. Ray-Ban will occupy the prime retail corner, previously home to SoHo Park, through a new 2,300-square-foot, 10-year lease.

Mark Kapnick of Lee & Associates NYC represented the landlord in the transaction, while Joanne Podell of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, EssilorLuxottica.

“This is a high-foot-traffic area and a popular destination for both the New York fashion scene and tourists alike, making it a perfect location for Ray-Ban to plant their flag,” said Kapnick. “It was a pleasure working with EssilorLuxottica and Cushman & Wakefield on this deal. SoHo is once again thriving as one of the country’s premier retail corridors, and this location is well-positioned for the future development of Lafayette Street once their term is completed. We are excited to see how Ray-Ban transforms this beautiful space.”

SoHo continues to solidify its position as a key retail destination, making this move a significant one for Ray-Ban’s global brand presence.
