### Clinical-Stage Biopharma Firm Signs HQ Lease with Alloy Properties

TPG Real Estate’s Alloy Properties has announced that **Elements by Alloy Properties**, its award-winning life science campus in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa submarket, will serve as the new headquarters for **Biotheryx**, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Alloy manages Elements in partnership with **West | Tech Properties**.

“We are thrilled to welcome Biotheryx to Elements,” said **Alicia Hinds, COO of Alloy Properties**. “The Alloy team is delighted that they have trusted us to accommodate their promising research programs.”

The lease transaction was brokered by JLL’s **Tony Russell, Chad Urie, and Tim Olson**, who represented Alloy. **Andrew Sexton of Re:Align Tenant Strategies** represented Biotheryx.

The **290,000-square-foot** Elements by Alloy campus was recognized as **Best Redevelopment** by the *San Diego Business Journal*.
