Altman Secures Funding for Lakeland Warehouse

**Altman Secures $16M Construction Financing for Apex Logistics at Lakeland**

Altman has secured $16 million in construction debt financing for the development of Apex Logistics at Lakeland in Lakeland, Florida. The project is a joint venture between Altman Logistics Properties and FRP Development Corp.

Seacoast Bank is providing the financing, with assistance from JLL Capital Markets team members Melissa Rose, Michael DiCosimo, and Val McWilliams.

Apex Logistics at Lakeland will feature approximately 202,000 square feet of Class A logistics space on 22.5 acres, replacing a recently demolished single-story office building.

Site work for the new infill logistics warehouse development is set to begin in the first quarter, with vertical construction expected to start later in the fall. The project is slated for substantial completion in the first quarter of 2026.

Additionally, Altman Logistics Properties and FRP Development Corp. are currently working on Apex Logistics Park at Signature Grand in Davie.
