# Swig Company Completes Seismic Upgrades at 3130 Wilshire in Santa Monica

The Swig Company has completed major renovations to both the interior and exterior of 3130 Wilshire, a six-story creative office building in Santa Monica. These enhancements, which included seismic upgrades, were aimed at improving the building’s functionality and appeal for both existing and prospective tenants.

“In addition to bringing the building into compliance with Santa Monica’s seismic ordinance, we’ve added some great new tenant amenities, revitalized all of the ground floor common areas, and built high-quality, move-in-ready spec suites of various sizes,” said Cory Kristoff, director of leasing at The Swig Company.

The renovations feature a new tenant amenity and conference center, refreshed common areas, and move-in-ready office suites. The project was designed by Gensler, with Tipping serving as the structural engineer.

In addition to completing the upgrades, Swig announced that Sensei Wellness Holdings, Inc., an evidence-led wellness company and luxury retreat operator, has leased 3,500 square feet of space at the property. CBRE’s Deron White, Michael Gray, and Christina Villanueva represented the ownership in the transaction, while Michael Arnold and Tom Sexton of NAI Capital represented Sensei.
