### Silverstein to Complete 80,000-Square-Foot Life Time Facility at Brooklyn Tower

Life Time and Silverstein Properties have announced an agreement to bring Life Time’s premier health and wellness experience to Brooklyn Tower at 9 Dekalb Avenue. Spanning approximately 80,000 square feet, it will be Life Time’s largest location in Brooklyn.

Plans for Life Time Brooklyn Tower were initially revealed two years ago. More recently, Silverstein Properties secured control of the Brooklyn Tower development in a $672-million deal.

“As the new owner of Brooklyn Tower, Silverstein Properties is committed to the successful completion of the project, which includes ensuring that residents will continue to benefit from Life Time’s unparalleled health and wellness experience as part of the building’s suite of exceptional amenities,” said Shawn Katz, president of Silverstein Capital Partners.

Life Time Brooklyn Tower will occupy seven floors within the 1,066-foot-tall skyscraper, which includes 143 residential condominiums and 398 rental units. The facility is slated to open in the second half of 2026.
