**Blue Bottle Coffee, Sweetgreen Join Tenant Roster at Mission Rock**
Mission Rock Partners, a collaboration between the San Francisco Giants and Tishman Speyer, has announced new leases with Blue Bottle Coffee and Sweetgreen, occupying 2,069 and 2,399 square feet, respectively. Additionally, popular San Francisco bakery Arsicault has opened its third location at 1070 Bridgeview Way in Mission Rock.
Blue Bottle Coffee has signed a 10-year lease for a space at the base of 300 Toni Stone Crossing, a 13-story commercial building that houses Visa’s Market Support Center. Sweetgreen will open at the base of The Canyon, Mission Rock’s residential tower located at the intersection of Dr. Maya Angelou Lane and Toni Stone Crossing. Sweetgreen’s lease also extends for 10 years.

The retail leasing program continues to be led by CBRE’s Alex Sagues and Laura Barr, representing Mission Rock Partners. Blue Bottle Coffee was represented by Benzi Blatman of CBRE, while Sweetgreen was represented by AJ Schrader of Tier One Retail Group.
