## Greystar to Develop Multifamily Community Near Planned Atlanta Movie Studio
Greystar has announced plans to develop a new multifamily community on 6.35 acres in the Atlanta metro area, near the intersection of Parsons Drive and Peachtree Boulevard. The company recently acquired the land for the project at a cost of $11.5 million.
The Marlowe Chamblee project will feature 300 residential units spread across two mid-rise buildings in Chamblee, a rapidly growing area just outside Atlanta. Construction is set to begin in April, with completion expected by the summer of 2027. This development will serve as the residential component of the larger Chamblee Park mixed-use project, which spans 30.5 acres.
Chamblee Park, a nearly 31-acre development, will be located approximately one mile north of a proposed film studio.
“This prime location sits just north of Assembly Studios, anchored by NBC Universal,” said John Roberson of Greystar. “Assembly Studios will feature a five-acre park, a boutique hotel, and a convention center with restaurants and retail. We are looking forward to breaking ground in the coming months.”
