Two Trees Management Co. announced on Monday that global design studio Snøhetta has signed a lease for 25,000 square feet at 55 Washington St. in DUMBO. The firm, known for its work on the National 9/11 Memorial and Museum, will move its New York City headquarters from the Financial District.
