### Design Studio Snøhetta Relocates NYC Headquarters to DUMBO
Two Trees Management Co. announced on Monday that global design studio Snøhetta has signed a lease for 25,000 square feet at 55 Washington St. in DUMBO. The firm, known for its work on the National 9/11 Memorial and Museum, will move its New York City headquarters from the Financial District.
“There is no better place to live and work than DUMBO, and the team at Snøhetta understands that they will be able to do their best work here,” said Jed Walentas, principal of Two Trees Management. “DUMBO has always been a hub for companies that push big, new ideas that move industry forward. Snøhetta’s global practice is truly exemplary of that, and we can’t wait to see how they add to the great community here.”
Alyssa Zahler, managing director of commercial leasing, represented Two Trees in-house, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Kroeger and Aron Schreier represented Snøhetta in the transaction.
