### Hillwood Multifamily Breaks Ground on Harvest House in Argyle, Texas

Hillwood Multifamily has officially started construction on Harvest House, a 349-unit luxury multifamily community in Argyle, Texas. This new development is adjacent to Harvest Town Center, the retail and commercial hub of Hillwood’s expansive 1,200-acre Harvest master-planned community.

Located at the northeast corner of I-35W and FM 407, Harvest House will comprise 259 apartments and 90 townhomes, each featuring private yards. The project is a joint venture between Hillwood Properties and Hillwood Communities, with financing provided by Comerica Bank.

Residents of Harvest House will have convenient access to the amenities of Harvest Town Center, including restaurants, retail shops, and the recently announced Tom Thumb grocery store, which has already broken ground and is set to open in the spring of 2026.

The development will offer a variety of living options, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes ranging from 662 to 1,758 square feet. Community amenities will include a resort-style pool and a 24-hour fitness center.

The full project completion is expected by late 2026.
