### Northmarq Facilitates Sale of 566-Unit Multifamily Portfolio in Nebraska
Northmarq’s Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team, led by Parker Stewart, Anthony Martinez, Dominic Martinez, and Alex Malzone, has successfully brokered the sale of two Nebraska multifamily properties, totaling 566 units.
The firm represented the seller, a joint venture between Vantage Capital Advisors and Cherry Tree Capital Partners, while the buyer was a private Canadian investment firm. The portfolio includes The Vue, a 330-unit multifamily property located at 2882 Comstock Plaza in Bellevue, and Lakeview Park, a 236-unit property at 510 Surfside Drive in Lincoln.
Built in 2000, The Vue is strategically located near Nebraska Medicine Bellevue Medical Center and Highways 370 and 75, offering residents convenient access to Omaha’s major employers, retail destinations, and entertainment hubs.
Lakeview Park, built in 1995, is a garden-style multifamily community positioned near Interstate 80 and West O Street. This location provides direct access to Downtown Lincoln, major employers, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
