**BRIDGE Housing to Open 75-Unit Affordable Community in Beaverton**

BRIDGE Housing, a San Francisco-based developer of affordable homes, is set to celebrate the grand opening of Altura, a 75-unit affordable housing community for families. The project was developed in partnership with Washington County and Metro.

Located in the South Cooper Mountain neighborhood of Beaverton, Altura offers residents convenient access to schools, recreational facilities, and shopping amenities. It is also less than 20 minutes from downtown Beaverton. The development was designed by Salazar Architect, with Colas Construction serving as the general contractor. With the addition of Altura, BRIDGE Housing now has more than 700 housing units in Washington County and over 1,900 units across the Portland metropolitan area.

Altura features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, designed to be affordable for families earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income. The community includes amenities such as a community room, playground, BBQ areas, bike parking, and resident services provided by Impact NW.
