### Frisco Approves Kaleidoscope Park Expansion
The Frisco City Council has approved a 1.4-acre expansion of Kaleidoscope Park, which will include a new water feature, an outdoor video screen, and a stage.
The updated plans also feature a 1,100-space parking garage alongside a 12-story office building. This development will take place on a 2.7-acre site at 6635 Warren Parkway.
The total cost for the Kaleidoscope Park expansion is estimated at $14 million, with Hall Group Management and the Frisco Community Development Corporation each contributing $7 million. The Kaleidoscope Park Foundation will oversee the design and construction of the expansion.
Construction for the park, parking garage, and office tower is scheduled to begin in early 2026 and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2028. Reports estimate that the parking structure and office tower will cost approximately $90 million.
Hall Group will receive a $7 million grant from the Frisco Economic Development Corporation for infrastructure improvements, and the city plans to allocate $40 million in tax increment reinvestment zone funding for the parking garage.
