### Frisco Approves $14M Expansion of Kaleidoscope Park
The Frisco City Council has approved a 1.4-acre expansion of Kaleidoscope Park, featuring a new water feature, an outdoor video screen, and a stage.
The project also includes plans for a 1,100-space parking garage and a 12-story office building, set to be constructed on a 2.7-acre redevelopment site at 6635 Warren Parkway.
The total cost of the Kaleidoscope Park expansion is estimated at $14 million, with developer **Hall Group Management** and the Frisco Community Development Corporation each contributing $7 million. The Kaleidoscope Park Foundation will oversee the design and construction.
Construction on the park expansion, parking facility, and office tower is expected to begin in early 2026 and be completed by June 30, 2028. Reports estimate the total cost for the parking garage and office tower at approximately $90 million.
Hall Group will receive a $7 million grant from the Frisco Economic Development Corporation for infrastructure improvements, while the city plans to allocate $40 million in tax increment reinvestment zone funding to support the construction of the parking facility.
