### H-E-B and Baylor Scott & White Move Forward with Argyle Development

Plans for significant growth in Argyle are advancing as the Argyle Planning and Zoning Commission has approved nearly 124 acres of the Heritage development. This development will feature an H-E-B grocery store and a Baylor Scott & White wellness campus, located at the southwest corner of I-35W and Robson Ranch Road.

**Development Details**

The project will unfold in multiple phases, with Phase One set to include:
– A 100,000-square-foot H-E-B grocery store with gas pumps
– 44,000 square feet of medical office space
– 36,000 square feet of retail space

In total, the development is planned to roll out in five phases.

**Wellness Campus Plans**

The proposed wellness campus will offer a mix of retail, fitness, and medical spaces. Plans include a six-story medical hospital, with additional buildings up to four stories tall. Other commercial and retail spaces in the development will not exceed 50 feet in height.

This approval marks a significant step forward in bringing essential retail and healthcare services to the Argyle community.
