#### Colliers Welcomes New Professionals in Houston
Colliers has expanded its Houston team with the addition of three industry experts:
– **Zar Haro**, appointed as Executive Vice President, brings nearly 20 years of experience in multifamily investments across Central and South Texas. Over his career, he has successfully closed over 500 multifamily transactions, totaling more than $7 billion.
– **Phillip Grafe**, joining as Associate Vice President, has a strong background in multifamily investment sales and financial analysis. He previously worked with Northmarq and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), closing over 160 transactions across Central and South Texas.
– **Kevin Garza**, Associate, brings extensive expertise in multifamily real estate investment sales. With a background in property management, he has facilitated over 175 real estate transactions.
#### New Developments Across Texas
– **Marquette Companies** has commenced pre-leasing at *The Sylvan*, a new build-to-rent (BTR) community in The Woodlands, Texas. The development features 300 single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments.
– **Hillwood Multifamily** has broken ground on *Harvest House*, a 349-unit luxury multifamily community adjacent to Harvest Town Center in Argyle, Texas. The project includes 259 upscale apartments and 90 townhomes with private yards.
– **JPI** has announced the groundbreaking of *Jefferson Morningstar*, a 373-unit, garden-style community in The Colony, a Dallas suburb. The development is expected to be completed by February 2027.
