**JKM Developers Secures $28.25 Million Loan**
JKM Developers has secured a $28.25 million construction loan to finalize the retail phase of Lotis Wellington, which will feature a Cooper’s Hawk restaurant. Amerant Bank provided the mortgage for the retail phase of the project, located at 1381 S. State Road 7. Lotis Wellington offers a mix of retail, dining, entertainment, and office spaces spanning over 150,000 square feet, alongside rental and for-sale residences.
**B+E Welcomes Back Team Members**
Net lease brokerage firm B+E has announced that Carson Jeremiah and Katherine Berg have rejoined the company’s Tampa office brokerage team. Both previously left to work for their respective families’ businesses but have now returned to B+E.
**Codina Partners Leadership Changes**
Codina Partners has promoted Eric Blanco to Senior Vice President of Accounting and appointed Suzette Fandino as Senior Vice President of Finance. Blanco, formerly Vice President of Accounting and Finance, will continue overseeing the firm’s accounting operations. Marcus & Millichap has announced the $4.75 million sale of a 20,504-square-foot development site located at 938-950 SW 8th Street in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. The site includes a 14,500-square-foot vacant lot and a 2,238-square-foot vacant restaurant. The two adjacent parcels allow for up to 70 residential units or 140 hotel keys.
