### Plano Office Campus Hits the Market for $22.5 Million
A sizable office campus in Plano is now available for sale. Parkside on Legacy, a 180,211-square-foot building situated on 17.6 acres in Plano’s Legacy business park, has been listed at $22.5 million. The property, previously home to CrossMark, was designed by Dallas-based Corgan and opened in 2003 at 5100 Legacy Drive. In addition to being up for sale, the building is also available for lease at $29 per square foot, with reports indicating that bidding interest is expected to be strong.
Jack Crews, an independent broker representing the property’s owners—former CrossMark executives—is handling the sale, while Chris Wright with Colliers is managing leasing efforts.
The office campus features conference rooms and executive offices with balconies overlooking a lake. Additional amenities include two levels of underground parking, a cafeteria, walking trails, and open green spaces designed for employee gatherings and corporate events.
