### Bradford Allen to Redevelop Indy Motorsports Facility for Andretti

Bradford Allen has secured a lease for TWG Motorsports, the parent company of Andretti Global, at the former IndyStar Pulliam Production Center located at 8278 Georgetown Road in Indianapolis. The firm is redeveloping the 245,783-square-foot space into the headquarters for Andretti Global’s INDYCAR, INDY NXT, and Formula E teams.

The renovated facility will feature both office and industrial space, accommodating approximately 300 employees. This marks Bradford Allen’s second project for TWG Motorsports, following the construction of a nearly 400,000-square-foot motorsports facility in Fishers.

“This collaboration underscores our shared commitment to creating spaces that drive innovation and excellence while adding to Indianapolis’ motorsports legacy,” said Brian Carley, Executive Managing Director of Development for Bradford Allen.

Originally built in 1995, the site served as an IndyStar production facility until 2024. Bradford Allen plans to modernize the building with workspaces, fabrication zones, a fitness center, a dining space, and a pit-stop performance area. Key partners in the project include general contractor ABEL Construction Company and Merriman Schmitt Architects.
