### Two-Tower Seattle Apartment Project Tops Out
Seattle House, a two-tower apartment development located at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Bell Street in Seattle’s Denny Triangle neighborhood, has officially reached its full height. Situated at 2300 Sixth Ave., the project is in close proximity to Amazon buildings.
The development will feature over 1,000 rental homes spread across two towers, along with 50,000 square feet of shared amenity space, providing a luxury living experience. Seattle-based HB Management is leading the 46-story project in partnership with Concord Pacific, one of Canada’s largest developers, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, according to a report by *Puget Sound Business Journal*.
Seattle House is a mixed-use development, comprising two 45-story towers with a 13-level podium and eight levels of below-grade parking. The apartment offerings will include a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
