### Walton Global Sells 90-Acre Site in Upper Marlboro to D.R. Horton

Real estate investment and land asset management firm Walton Global has sold nearly 90 acres of the Westphalia Town Center site in Prince George’s County, Maryland, to D.R. Horton.

The land will be developed as part of D.R. Horton’s Spring Hills master plan community in Upper Marlboro. Conveniently located less than 10 miles southeast of downtown Washington, D.C., and five miles from the Branch Metro Station, the site offers prime accessibility for future residents.

“This sale to D.R. Horton will enrich the neighborhood with quality new homes that provide residents with the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and community,” said Paul Bae, Vice President of Portfolio Management for Walton Global.

The full 480-acre Westphalia Town Center Master Plan is designed for commercial, residential, and industrial use. Envisioned as a pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use community, the development will feature neighborhoods, shopping centers, restaurants, a school, a fire station, office buildings, and a hotel upon completion.
