Transwestern Real Estate Services brokered a 49,545-square-foot lease for Vivion Inc. at 15500 S. Main St., Building B in Gardena to serve as the company’s regional distribution hub. Vivion, a subsidiary of Operio Group, is an ingredients distributor that specializes in products for application in the solid dose, pharmaceutical, nutritional food and beverage industries as well as cosmetics and personal care markets among others. Transwetsern VP Grant Huff represented Vivion during negotiations with 30k square feet larger than its current facility located at 3000 E 46th Street Vernon which it expects to occupy beginning next month.
“The availability of high-quality industrial distribution space remains low across Greater Los Angeles,” said Huff “We are pleased to have found such a suitable facility that supports their growth and allows them to continue providing excellent service for their customers.”
