### Crescent Communities and GTIS Partners Plan Industrial Project in Huntersville
Crescent Communities and GTIS Partners are collaborating on a new industrial development in Huntersville. The local planning board has recommended approval of a rezoning request that would allow the companies to construct 450,000 square feet of industrial space at 12705 Commerce Station Drive. The project, named Axial Commerce Station, will include two buildings—one spanning 316,250 square feet and the other 136,500 square feet. Crescent aims to begin construction by the end of this year, with completion expected in late 2026.
According to the *Charlotte Business Journal*, the total investment in the project is projected to surpass $50 million. Crescent anticipates that once completed, the development will generate more than 250 jobs.
GTIS Partners, a New York-based real estate investment firm, has multiple ongoing projects in the Charlotte region. The firm recently announced plans for a $27 million industrial project in Gaston County.
