### Third & Urban Acquires Northridge Commons in Sandy Springs

Third & Urban has purchased Northridge Commons, a seven-building, 470,000-square-foot flex industrial campus in Sandy Springs. The property was sold by The Dilweg Companies. While the latest sales price was not disclosed, the campus previously sold for $51.5 million in 2019.

Tenants at Northridge Commons include Pontoon Brewing Co., an Inspire Brands innovation center, and Invitation Homes, a subsidiary of Blackstone. The 38-acre property is situated on Dunwoody Place, just off Roswell Road, south of the Chattahoochee River.

Currently, the campus is 83% leased. Third & Urban plans to reposition some office spaces to attract additional flex industrial users.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle notes that Third & Urban is known for creative urban infill projects such as Common Ground, Westside Paper, and Armour Yards. The company has also proposed a transformation of an aging office park near the new Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta campus.
