**Redeavor Launches as New Real Estate Firm**
Real estate leaders Mike Leipart, Andrew Wachtfogel, and Wade Hundley, along with brokerage operator Shane Farkas, have launched *Redeavor*, a groundbreaking real estate firm specializing in development sales, advisory services, and capital investment. The firm debuts with $4 billion in represented global real estate and operates offices in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Nashville.

**Kidder Mathews Expands in Orange County**
Kidder Mathews has added Jon Mitchell and senior associate Xavier Hendricks to its Orange County team. Mitchell, with 29 years of experience in multifamily investment sales, has closed over 400 transactions totaling more than $2 billion. Hendricks specializes in multifamily investments across Orange County and San Diego County.

**Nearon Enterprises Hires Kelly Alcaraz as VP of Investments**
Nearon Enterprises, a private real estate investment company with $1 billion in assets under management, has hired Kelly Alcaraz as Vice President of Investments in Walnut Creek, CA. Reporting to the President, Alcaraz will focus on sourcing and executing industrial and multifamily investments across West Coast markets. She previously served as Director of Transactions at BlackRock. RETS Associates handled the executive search.

**Dedeaux Properties Announces Leadership Promotions**
Los Angeles-based industrial development and investment firm Dedeaux Properties has promoted Matt Evans to President while he continues his role as Chief Investment Officer. Additionally, COO Alon Kraft will also assume the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer.

**CSU Fullerton Names Tim Jemal “Commercial Real Estate Man of the Year”**
The California State University, Fullerton College of Business and Economics Center for Real Estate has named NAIOP SoCal CEO Tim Jemal as its Commercial Real Estate Man of the Year for 2025. The announcement was made at the recent Commercial Real Estate Forum, where experts and professionals gathered for networking, market forecasts, and an awards ceremony.

**Jacqueline Reed Recognized as a Top Young Professional**
Jacqueline Reed, DBIA, Project Development Director at Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering, has been named to *Engineering News-Record (ENR) West’s* inaugural list of *Top Young Professionals for 2025*. Reed was selected among 30 individuals under 40 from nearly 100 nominees across the West Region.
