Construction has begun on the third and final building at Tollway Corporate Center, an industrial development in North Aurora, IL located within Chicago’s Interstate 88 submarket. The 408,195-square-foot project is a joint venture with Principal Asset Management through its dedicated real estate investment team.
Mike Robinson, senior director of real estate development at Opus Group commented that “Tollway Corporate Center offers tenants close proximity to area amenities as well as convenient freeway access and an abundant labor pool in the I-88 corridor.” The first two buildings were completed by Opus Group in December 2022 and are now fully leased to Soligent Distribution, Karat Packaging and Ryder Integrated Logistics. Colliers’ Brian Kling & Reed Adler along with NAI Hiffman’s Dan Leahy & Packy Doyle are marketing the new space for lease.
