Fully leased to **Ironwear**, a **manufacturer of personal protection safety products**, the facility benefits from its **proximity to the Port of Houston’s Barbours Cut and Bayport terminals (6.5 and 10 miles away, respectively)**. CenterPoint’s **Rives Nolen** emphasized the property’s strategic access to **Beltway 8 and state highways 225 and 146** as key advantages.
**Toyota Financial Services** has secured a **242,000-square-foot office lease** in **Frisco, Texas**. The company will fully occupy **The Offices at Southstone Yards**, a **seven-story mass timber building within the 45-acre Southstone Yards development**. **CBRE** represented the **developer, Crow Holdings**, while **JLL** represented **Toyota Financial Services** in the lease negotiations.
**CDC Houston**, a subsidiary of **Coventry Development Corp.**, has started the **renovation of the 128-room Residence Inn Houston City Place hotel**. Originally built in **2015 on 3.3 acres**, the hotel is part of the **2,000-acre City Place master-planned community in north Houston**. **Julian Builders** is leading the design and construction, with the project expected to be completed in **Q2 of this year**.
