**Partners Real Estate** has announced that Industrial, Office Leasing, and Investment Sales broker **Roger Hill** has joined the firm as an Equity Partner in its San Antonio office. Hill was previously with JLL. Additionally, the company recently welcomed **Tracy Shuey**, also formerly with JLL, as Vice President & Director of Property Management to enhance its Property Management service delivery in San Antonio.
**Westmount Realty Capital** has appointed **Deuce Robertson II** as Senior Legal Counsel and Managing Director – Transactions. With over a decade of experience in real estate law, corporate structuring, and contract negotiation, Robertson’s expertise will support Westmount’s opportunistic investment strategy and asset management.
**CenterPoint Properties** has completed the acquisition of the new Class-A TruePort Distribution Center at **2830 E. Pasadena Blvd. in Deer Park, Texas**. The **254,705-square-foot cross-dock warehouse** is fully leased to **Ironwear**, a manufacturer of personal protection safety products. CenterPoint’s **Rives Nolen** highlighted the facility’s strategic location, just **6.5 miles from the Barbours Cut terminal** and **10 miles from the Bayport terminal** at the Port of Houston, with convenient access to Beltway 8 and state highways 225 and 146.
**Toyota Financial Services** has signed a **242,000-square-foot office lease** in Frisco. The automotive finance company will fully occupy **The Offices at Southstone Yards**, a seven-story, mass timber building that is part of the 45-acre **Southstone Yards development**. **CBRE** represented the developer, **Crow Holdings**, in the lease negotiations, while **JLL** represented Toyota Financial Services.
**CDC Houston**, a subsidiary of **Coventry Development Corp.**, has begun renovations on the **128-room Residence Inn Houston City Place** hotel. Originally built in 2015 on a **3.3-acre site**, the hotel is located within the **2,000-acre City Place master-planned community** on Houston’s north side. **Julian Builders** is leading the design and construction, with the project expected to be completed by the second quarter.
