### Choice Nashville Riverfront Property Listed for $200M
A prime 65-acre site on the Cumberland River has been listed for $200 million. The property, known as “The Riverside,” is owned by Ewing Properties, which has engaged Stream Realty to market the site.
Originally envisioned for a large-scale development featuring 5 million square feet of residential, office, and retail space, the site was assembled by Ewing Properties starting in 2015 for a total purchase price of $7.6 million.
According to the *Nashville Business Journal*, the asking price for The Riverside is comparable to the amount sought by Carl Icahn for his East Bank scrapyard property, located just a few miles away. Recent sales in the area highlight the increasing value of riverfront real estate. In 2021, Oracle Corp. acquired over 65 acres on the East Bank for $253.7 million to develop its future campus, while Southwest Value Partners purchased the 15-acre former Lifeway Christian Resources campus for $125 million in 2015.
This listing represents a significant opportunity for developers looking to invest in Nashville’s rapidly evolving urban landscape.
