Sunrise Management, a California-focused property management firm specializing in multifamily properties, has promoted longtime executive Theresa Cordero to president. With over 29 years of experience with the company since 1991, Cordero will continue to handle all day-to-day operations and business strategies for Sunrise’s portfolio of 170 properties across the state.
Cordero began her career at Sunrise as regional property manager and worked her way up through the ranks until she was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). As President, she is now responsible for overseeing more than 350 employees.
