### SunCal Sells 119 Single-Family Lots at Escena Palm Springs to Toll Brothers
Master developer SunCal has sold 119 single-family lots spanning 19.75 acres at its master-planned community, Escena Palm Springs, to national luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
This sale continues the collaboration between SunCal and Toll Brothers, which recently opened sales for its 40-home luxury community, Nola at Escena.

Escena Palm Springs is a guard-gated master-planned community featuring a Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole championship golf course, a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse with a public restaurant, a dog park, and more than 280 acres of open space.
