### Onicx Group to Build Two Medical Office Buildings in Jacksonville

Two new medical office buildings are set to rise in a rapidly expanding area south of Jacksonville. These offices will be part of a larger 1,000-acre development featuring new homes, parks, trails, and lakes.

Onicx Group has announced plans for a 50,000-square-foot medical office building at 11885 Stillwood Pines Blvd. Halo Precision Diagnostics will serve as the anchor tenant, occupying the 25,000-square-foot first floor of the two-story facility. A second medical office building is planned for the site in the future. Onicx recently acquired the 3.6-acre property for $2.6 million. Colliers brokers Chuck Diebel and Matt Entriken are handling leasing for the development.

This project will complement another medical development within the same master-planned community—Baptist HealthPlace at Seven Pines, which recently broke ground. The Baptist Health project spans 10 acres and carries a $32.3 million price tag. It will include two medical office buildings—one designated for primary care and another potentially for a surgery center. Additionally, a Lifetime Fitness Center is planned as part of the development.
