### Two Medical Office Buildings Under Development in Jacksonville

Two new medical office buildings are being constructed in a rapidly growing area of Jacksonville. These offices are part of a larger development spanning 1,000 acres, which includes new homes, parks, trails, and lakes south of the city.

The **Onicx Group** has announced plans for a 50,000-square-foot medical office building at 11885 Stillwood Pines Blvd. The facility’s anchor tenant, **Halo Precision Diagnostics**, will occupy the entire 25,000-square-foot first floor. This two-story structure will eventually be accompanied by another medical office building as part of the expansion. Onicx acquired the 3.6-acre site for $2.6 million, with Colliers brokers Chuck Diebel and Matt Entriken managing leasing for the property.

This project will join another significant medical development within the master-planned community—**Baptist HealthPlace at Seven Pines**, which recently broke ground.

The Baptist HealthPlace project, covering 10 acres and expected to cost $32.3 million, will feature two additional medical office buildings, one designated for primary care and another with potential for a surgery center. Additionally, a **Lifetime Fitness Center** is planned for the site, further enhancing the area’s healthcare and wellness offerings.
