# CBRE Portland Welcomes Two New Strategic Hires
CBRE has announced the addition of Al Kennedy and Annalore Rodman to its Portland office. Joining as senior vice presidents, Kennedy and Rodman will utilize their extensive industry experience to form a brokerage team specializing in office and flex space transactions.

Kennedy, previously with Colliers, brings 14 years of commercial real estate experience. Rodman joins CBRE from JLL, where she has had a market-leading career over the past 14 years.
