### Investor Acquires 47-Unit Apartment Property in Northlake

Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of a 47-unit apartment property located at 27, 36, and 43 King Arthur Court in Northlake, Illinois.

Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director; Andrean Angelov, senior vice president; and Sam Antreasian, senior associate—investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office—held the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The team also procured the buyer, both of whom are private investors.

Built in 1969, the property consists of a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, including spacious duplexes with dens. It encompasses a total of 32,950 rentable square feet across three buildings. The community offers amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool and ample off-street parking.
