Vero Capital has successfully completed the renovation of five spec suites at **INISIO at Kierland**, a two-building office campus spanning 240,436 square feet. The property is located at **16430 N. Scottsdale Road** and **16260 N. 71st Street** in Scottsdale. In addition to this milestone, the firm has commenced the next phase of a **$29 million renovation.**
**Stream Realty Partners** is overseeing the management, leasing, and renovations of the property, with **Willmeng Construction** handling the construction work.
The newly completed **spec suites**, which range in size from **4,000 to 8,000 square feet**, are now available for immediate occupancy. These suites have been designed to accommodate a variety of tenant needs.
