### SkyREM Appoints JLL to Lease Connecticut Industrial Facility

JLL has been selected by SkyREM as the leasing agent for 160 Corporate Court, a 241,333-square-foot industrial facility in Meriden, Connecticut. The JLL Northeast Industrial leasing team handling the assignment is led by Vice Chairman James M. Panczykowski and Vice President Zach Antonucci.

Originally built in 1987 and renovated in 2019, the facility is fully powered by a rooftop solar system. Ownership has undertaken several physical improvements to enhance the property, including refreshing both the exterior and interior with new paint, replacing all loading dock doors, and installing new LED lighting.

This leasing assignment comes amid a period of high industrial space absorption in Connecticut, which approached record levels over the past year.

“Given the current industrial market trends, 160 Corporate Court offers an unparalleled opportunity for logistics and distribution operators,” said Panczykowski. “Its modern infrastructure, accessibility, and sustainable features make it a premier location for companies looking to expand their footprint.”
