**Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of Virginia Retail Property**

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has successfully facilitated the sale of 143 & 153 Crown Drive in Danville, Virginia.

BWDD, LLC acquired the 76,622-square-foot retail property, situated on 9.223 acres, from GDC Properties I, LLC for $6 million as an investment. Wyatt Poats of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the seller in the transaction.

Located in Danville’s primary retail trade area, the property has undergone multiple enhancements since changing hands. Improvements include exterior painting, parking lot resealing, and new landscaping. The site previously housed an Ashley Furniture store and an Office Max location.
