**L&L Holding Secures Lease Extensions at 600 Third Ave.**
L&L Holding Company has finalized two lease extensions totaling 55,269 square feet at 600 Third Avenue, its modernized 42-story office tower in Midtown East.
Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch, LLP has signed a 15-year extension, ensuring its headquarters remains in the Grand Central district tower through at least 2042. A tenant since 2010, the firm will continue to occupy its existing 42,764 square feet.
Bond Schoeneck & King has also renewed its lease for another seven years. Having been a tenant since 2014, the firm’s New York City office will maintain its current 12,505 square feet through at least 2033.
L&L Holding was represented by its in-house team, including Jonathan Tootell, Tanya Grimaldo, and Giannina Brancato.
