**Healthcare Law Firm Signs 45,000-Square-Foot Lease in Garden City**
In a transaction arranged by CBRE and Paragon Group, Garfunkel Wild P.C., a law firm specializing in healthcare, corporate, and business law, has signed a 45,000-square-foot office lease at 900 Stewart Avenue in Garden City, New York, located in Nassau County on Long Island.
The national law firm will establish one of its New York offices on the fourth floor of the 250,000-square-foot concourse office property, which is part of the two-building Garden City Atria complex. The property, owned by Lionstone Capital and JFR Global Investments, is situated minutes from the Roosevelt Field Shopping Center.
CBRE’s Robert Seidenberg and Dan Brandel oversee the leasing campaign for the complex and represented the ownership during lease negotiations.
“Garfunkel Wild is one of the most prominent healthcare law firms, and we are thrilled that 900 Stewart Avenue will be their new downstate New York home,” said Seidenberg. “The firm will be relocating its downstate office in the fall, drawn to the property’s central location, abundant natural light, and impressive atrium lobby.”
