### 90 North Schaumburg Continues to Grow with New Developments
90 North Schaumburg, a 325-acre mixed-use entertainment district, is reaching new milestones as it continues to attract high-profile tenants and deliver a dynamic blend of business, residential, and recreational opportunities.
Since breaking ground in 2021, the development has become home to major companies, including Motorola Solutions, Zurich Insurance North America Headquarters, Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center, The Boler Company, and Top Golf.
Looking ahead, Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is set to open in 2025, bringing a unique entertainment experience to the district. Additionally, The District at Veridian, a multifamily community, will introduce modern lofts alongside dining, retail, and entertainment options.
“90 North Schaumburg continues to see exciting projects in 2025, including the construction of Andretti Indoor Karting & Games within the walkable entertainment hub anchored by the iconic Schaumburg Convention Center & Renaissance Hotel,” said Matt Frank, director of economic development at the Village of Schaumburg. “The District at Veridian is going vertical, offering a modern environment for a cosmopolitan lifestyle that integrates nature, contemporary architecture, commerce, and community.”
With ongoing expansion and new developments, 90 North Schaumburg continues to transform into a premier destination for business, living, and entertainment.
