90 North Schaumburg, a 325-acre mixed-use entertainment district, is reaching new milestones as it continues to attract high-profile tenants and deliver a dynamic blend of business, residential, and recreational opportunities.
Since breaking ground in 2021, the development has become home to major companies, including Motorola Solutions, Zurich Insurance North America Headquarters, Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center, The Boler Company, and Top Golf.
