Marc Resnick recently purchased 1342 St. Lawrence Avenue, a multifamily building located in the Soundview section of the Bronx, from Sam Zherka for $4.150 million. Constructed in 1928 with 29 units and an antenna, this 20,620 square foot property features 23 one-bedroom apartments and six two-bedroom apartments. The buyer intends to hold onto the property for a long period of time while making capital improvements along the way.
