**Harmony Public Schools Acquires Office Building for New Headquarters in Houston**
Harmony Public Schools has purchased a vacant office building in Houston’s Energy Corridor to serve as its new headquarters. The six-story, 171,091-square-foot building is located at 1255 Enclave Parkway and sits on a 6.75-acre property. It also includes a three-story parking garage with 676 spaces. The property is part of The Enclave, a 120-acre office complex featuring approximately 3 million square feet of office space.
Originally built in 1999, the property was last appraised at $18.5 million as of January 1, 2024.
JLL’s Kevin McConn and Marty Hogan represented the seller in the transaction. The previous owner had been Exeter Property Group, which acquired the property in 2019.
Founded in 2000, Harmony Public Schools operates more than 60 public charter schools across Texas, including 28 in Houston. The move marks a relocation from its current headquarters at 9321 W. Sam Houston Parkway, a site that houses multiple Harmony schools and facilities.
