### Posh Raleigh Senior Living Facility Now Open
Liberty Senior Living’s upscale senior living complex in Raleigh is now welcoming residents. The five-story development, known as **Hayes Barton Place**, is located at Fairview and Oberlin roads, on the former site of the Country Club Homes apartments.
Hayes Barton Place offers a range of high-end amenities tailored for seniors, including a health center, pickleball court, movie theater, and multiple dining options. Monthly fees start at $6,615 for an 800-square-foot residence, with larger options available for up to $18,350 per month.
The main building houses **169 terrace-style residences**, providing access to all amenities, alongside **24 condo-style residences** known as *The Flats at Bicton*.
Liberty Senior Living, which has developed 14 properties—including The Templeton in Cary—has also acquired five additional communities and has two more in development, including a project in Pittsboro.
Currently, **86% of the spaces at Hayes Barton Place are already reserved**, reflecting strong demand for luxury senior living in the area.
