Pine Tree has been appointed to manage two retail assets in the Washington DC area: Cityline at Tenley and Burke Town Center. Invesco Real Estate owns these properties, which are located in the metropolitan area of Washington DC and feature mixed-use tenancy as well as grocery anchors.
