### Keyah Real Estate Group Unveils Plans for Miami Beach Boutique Hotel
Keyah Real Estate Group has announced plans for a 262-key boutique hotel, which recently received unanimous approval from both the City of Miami Beach Planning Board and the Historic Preservation Board.
The project will revitalize Haddon Hall at 1500 Collins Avenue and include new construction at 1509-1515 Washington Avenue. Guests can look forward to luxury amenities such as a rooftop pool and restaurant with ocean views, a ground-floor Garden Oasis Pool area, and additional dining spaces. The hotel will also feature an elevated restaurant, a 6,500-square-foot ballroom, event and meeting spaces along Collins Avenue, and a 10,000-square-foot spa and wellness center.
Rottet Studio, the acclaimed architecture firm known for designing iconic landmarks like the New York Stock Exchange and the Beverly Hills Hotel, has been selected for the project.
This new hotel aims to bring a distinctive, high-end hospitality experience to Miami Beach while preserving the area’s historic charm.
