**HKS Arranges $10.1M Refinance for Hilton Garden Inn in Columbia, MD**
HKS Real Estate Advisors has secured a $10.1 million loan with LMF to refinance the Hilton Garden Inn, a 98-key, 59,000-square-foot hotel located at 8241 Snowden River Parkway in Columbia, Maryland.
John Harrington of HKS arranged the financing, which will retire the existing construction loan and support ongoing operations and property enhancements. The hotel, owned and operated by Mukesh Majmudar of Star Hotels, is currently undergoing a $1.5 million Property Improvement Plan (PIP) renovation.
The property is conveniently situated off Route 100, just five miles from downtown Columbia and The Mall in Columbia. Guests have access to various dining options within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is located near Baltimore/Washington International Airport and offers over 1,200 square feet of meeting space.
