### CM Realty Announces Planned Community in Terrell

CM Realty has acquired 500 acres in Kaufman County and plans to develop a large mixed-use community in the rapidly growing city of Terrell.

The new development, Evening Star Ranch, will feature 800 apartments, 1,000 homes, and 197,700 square feet of commercial space. Planned commercial establishments include a grocery store, a restaurant, and a financial institution. The City of Terrell reached an agreement with CM Realty to move forward with the project, with Rex Glendenning of Frisco-based Rex Real Estate representing both parties in the transaction. The development site is located at 16242 State Highway 34.

Terrell has been attracting increasing interest from both homebuyers and developers due to its proximity to Dallas. With a population of over 21,000 residents, the city is situated approximately 25 miles east of downtown Dallas along I-20 and U.S. Highway 80.

Construction on Evening Star Ranch is expected to begin within a year and will proceed in multiple phases. CM Realty is currently seeking development partners to bring the project to completion.
